經系主任裁示，有關疫情期間本系場地借用申請之暫行原則如下：

The contemporary guidance concerning the application for using the space/site under the Department’s jurisdiction during the epidemic period is set as follows:

一、  本系所轄場地，在疫情警戒二級（含）以上時，僅開放週一至週五上班時間借用，申請人須另備妥防疫企劃書1份。

I.        The space/site under the jurisdiction of the Department is only available for loan during working hours from Monday to Friday (except for National Holidays) when the epidemic alert level is at level II (or above). The applicant must also prepare another epidemic prevention plan, together with the application form.

二、   後續如疫情趨緩，警戒降至一級時，除因本校另有更嚴謹之防疫規範須遵守外，各場地借用申請將回復常態受理。

II.       If the epidemic situation goes down to alert level 1, all applications for borrowing the sites/spaces will be considered as in the normal procedure, only except that the university has imposed more stringent epidemic preventive measures other than the ones released by Taiwan’s CDC.
